Hello, Introverted Mommies!

“What if I fall?” Oh, my darling, but what if you fly? – Erin Hanson

Here we are, I have arrived! It’s all sunshine and rainbows from here on out. Nothing can stop me now. Well, the dishes in the sink and laundry that needs folding and putting away sure won’t do itself. (Insert sarcasm) SIGH… But, all of that will have to wait for now.

Hello, Introverted Mommies!

My name is Lauren. It’s very nice to meet you! A little about me. I’m 28, married to my loving husband, Daniel of ten years and we have three beautiful children. Our two daughters, Alina, Madison and our very rambunctious son, Caleb. They definitely keep me on my toes. Never a dull moment. We also have 3 very spoiled fur babies. Two female French Bulldogs, Lexi,  Zoe and one very grumpy old man Chihuahua, Papi. Who does not care for the Frenchies one. single. bit.

I am thrilled to be joining the blogging community. This is something that I have been working towards for a long time. Better late than never! Being a person who loves doing extensive research on things that I am very passionate about, and at the same time understanding that the world is constantly searching for answers and people that they can relate to. I’m happy to begin this new chapter in my life and my hope is to inspire and encourage others as well in whatever stage they’re at in their lives, to take that first step. Some of the best things to ever happen to me came from stepping outside of my comfort zone and taking a chance.

Yes. I know. What a total cliché. But, its true!

I recently read somewhere that “you have to push yourself because no one else is going to do it for you.”  How true, indeed!

I guess what stops most people (myself included) from venturing too far out, is the fear of failure, rejection and the unknown. I would definitely have to agree that the unknown is not a comfortable place to be, and putting yourself out there can be quite unsettling for some, especially us introverted mommies. Good things take time and nothing in life ever comes easy. Whatever it is that you want to do, you can do it! Make that phone call, pick up that pen, dust off that keyboard. Reach for the stars!

“Be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire.”

If its blogging that you’re passionate about, GO FOR IT!

And if in the beginning you find you’re only talking to yourself, no biggie.

We’re mothers.

That’s what we do.

If you’re searching for relatable, real life content with humor, grace and humility. Then, I invite you to follow me and let’s be introverted mommies together. This is going to be fun!

  1. I can totally relate to having a fear of failure and rejection. In fact, most of my day is spent worrying about this indirectly. I just recently joined the blogging community as well. It is very therapeutic for me! Nice to meet you and thank you for the encouragement!
